A straightforward room in a very unusual setting
Our private rooms are exactly what the name suggests: your own lockable room, furnished and heated, on a park set in fifteen acres of forest edge. There's nothing elaborate about them and we don't pretend otherwise. What's unusual is where they are — you step out of your door onto grass, with deer on the meadow, horses over the fence and no road noise at all, twelve miles from central London.
For a great many people this is the sensible answer to an expensive problem. A room in a shared house within the same commute costs more, comes with council tax and bills on top, and looks out onto other houses. Here the £725 a month is the whole figure, bills included, and the view is a field.
Rooms do not have their own bathroom. You'll use the site's communal mains toilet and shower block, in the same way you would on a holiday park. It's clean, it's warm, and there are far fewer people using it than you might imagine. Every room also has access to its own small private outside area.
