Three sizes, and the bathroom question
Our one-bed apartments come in a range, and the difference between them is mostly space and plumbing. The small one-bed at £900 pcm shares the site's communal mains toilet and shower block. The small one-bed with a private shower is £1,000 pcm. The large one-bed at £1,200 pcm gives you noticeably more room and a private shower room of its own.
All of them have a separate bedroom rather than a studio arrangement, a kitchen and a living area, and all of them come with their own private garden or outside area — which in a place like this is the part people end up valuing most. Sitting outside your own door in the evening with nothing but birdsong going on is the reason most residents stay.
Because the price includes every utility bill, comparing this to a flat elsewhere is straightforward in a way it usually isn't. £1,200 all-in for a large one-bedroom with a private shower room and a garden, twelve miles from central London and inside six thousand acres of ancient forest, is not a figure you'll find repeated on a high street.
